Deb Litke, NP
Meet Deb Litke, NP
Nurse Practitioner/ Owner
Deb is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in patient care. She began her career as an NP in Gynecologic Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she cared for women with complex gynecologic malignancies. In 2008, she made a deliberate shift into dermatology, joining Northeast Dermatology Associates, where she developed deep expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.
Deb is certified by the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Board (DNPCB) — a prestigious credential awarded only to nurse practitioners who have demonstrated the highest level of competency, comprehension, and advanced training in dermatology.
A Needham native, Deb earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, and spending time with her family enjoying everything New England has to offer.

Maria brings over 15 years of experience in medical office management to her role at WAVE Medical Aesthetics. Her background spans administrative operations, patient communications, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps a practice running smoothly. Maria is known for her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door.
